Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Skinly → Cancel Subscription. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data within 30 days. Cancel any active subscription separately in iOS Settings before deleting.

My scan results look wrong, what should I do?

Skin analysis depends on lighting and image quality. Try retaking the scan in natural daylight, with a clean face, and your phone held at arm's length. If results still look off, please email us with the scan ID (visible in result details).

How do I restore my purchase?

Profile → tap Restore Purchases. You must be signed in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.

Is Skinly safe for sensitive skin?

Skinly does not apply anything to your skin — it only analyzes photos. However, recommended products may contain active ingredients. Always patch-test before introducing a new product, and consult a dermatologist for medical concerns.
